In order to support and catalyze multiple levels of the alchemical healing journey, we will need a diverse set of tools.
Structured around the principles of Chinese Medicine and Taoist alchemy, combinations of acupuncture, acupressure, moxibustion, dietary and lifestyle education will be used. To expand and deepen the possibilities of our work I call upon the medicine of plant allies like flower essences and essential oils, invite in your dreams, engage felt sense, active imagination and encourage nature wisdom practices.
By stepping out of the whirlwind of everyday life and habitual patterns long enough to settle into the wisdom of the body we shift from chronos (chronological time) to kairos (deep, non-linear time) allowing space to hear the truth of the heart, mysterious messages of soul and the wisdom of the more-than-human world.
Sterile, single use needles used on acupuncture points to activate change, catalyze consciousness, and create harmony in the body, mind and spirit.
Finger contact on acupuncture points using the craniosacral rhythm to restore harmony, nourish the spirit and connect with soul.
Deeply restorative and calming, the herb artemisia vulgaris is warmed and used on appropriate points either in the form of a cone or stick. Warms, moves qi and blood and nourishes spirit.
Dietary and Lifestyle Counseling
According to Chinese Medicine principles.
Flower and Environmental Essences
Strong yet gentle allies promote emotional well-being, nourish the spirit and support the soul using one or a personalized blend to support treatments.
Organic Essential Oils
Pharmaceutical grade used alone or in a blend to catalyze and nourish change at the physical and soul levels.
By inviting dreams into the healing session with an attitude of openness and curiosity, the wisdom of the unconscious can be heard, metabolized and embodied.
Using the imagination to work with archetypes, symbols and images to more fully understand the messages they contain.
